In his role as Creative Director of Encounters Festival, Mark Cosgrove documented his trip to Tampere, Finland, for the biggest short film festival in Northern Europe. On the look out for short filmmaking talent to screen at the 2006 Encounters Festival he also presented Watershed projects DepicT! and 90 Second Challenge.
