About this site

While the focus of the site is on how East is East successfully crossed over from a, potentially minority audience, into the mainstream, there are also considerations of genre, narrative and representation. While most of the site is appropriate for any student studying Media and Film Studies from GCSE upwards, some are pitched at Advanced level (Debates, extract on promotion and genre) and the examination specifications section is aimed wholly at teachers.
