We don't want to jinx anything, but it seems like Summer has finally arrived after weeks of relentless rain. Our Executive Chef Oliver Pratt and his team are waving goodbye to the dreary weather and saluting the glories of the sun with a new Summer menu stuffed full of fresh, light, summery seasonal treats.
It's nearly July and here at Watershed we are reaching the climax of four years of RELAYS activities and the start of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. To mark these momentous times we are presenting a celebration and reflection on sport, culture and cinema throughout the whole of July.
We turned 30 last Thursday and celebrated in true Bristol fashion, throwing open our doors and sharing films, food, art, music and magic with our lovely customers - all for free.
