Easy access to Watershed info when you are on the move

Watershed, is the first arts organisation to start publishing through a .tel domain (watershed.tel) - meaning now you can find Watershed information quicker than ever before on your mobile phone.

The software behind the .tel system is fast and efficient— ideally suited to mobile devices and 'on the go' lookup of details. It’s faster than looking up a webpage on your mobile (although there is also a mobile-friendly web version at watershed.tel) and provides more up to date details – perfect for planning an evening at the last-minute or filling a spare couple of hours.

In its current version, watershed.tel has What’s On Listings, opening times for Box Office and Café/Bar, plus links to directions, more detailed listings, online booking and our various social networking sites. In the future we’ll be developing the service to include special offers and other interesting bits and bobs.

We decided to not only have listings categories of Today, Tomorrow and This Week, but to have a Next Hour category appear if a film or event is coming up soon. This feature is especially useful for people who are nearby in the city centre and suddenly have a whim to see one of our films or events.
