Wildscreenings
Sat 14 - Sun 22 Oct
The world’s largest and most prestigious wildlife and environmental film festival returns to Bristol, bringing you the chance to see a selection of award-winning films on the big screen. With entries from over 40 different countries, this is a unique opportunity to see the very best films from around the world.
All films are FREE but booking is essential.
Wildscreen, the biennial international festival of wildlife filmmaking runs from Sun 15 to Fri 20 Oct. This year’s festival is bigger than ever before, with more international delegates and filmmakers in attendance. To help keep a festival of this size in Bristol, for four days – Mon 16 to Thu 19 Oct – the first floor (including the Café/Bar) of Watershed will be a delegates only area until 1700hrs each day. This growth also means there are more free Wildscreenings for everyone to enjoy at all other times. Starting on Sat 14 Oct these free screenings take place every single day of the festival and continue until Sun 22 Oct
Please note: nature can be raw in tooth and claw: all screenings are suitable for family viewing but some (marked*) contain sequences of nudity, violence or mating which may be unsuitable for young or sensitive audiences. Please note: the advertised times are the actual starting times of each programme for all Wildscreenings.
See www.wildscreenfestival.org for further information on the Festival.
