Have you ever fancied putting your name on a piece of Watershed or thought about becoming a part of the fabric of the building? Perhaps you would like to do something unforgettable for a special occasion or dedicate it to someone’s memory? Sponsoring a seat in one of our three cinemas is a perfect gift, commemoration or dedication for individuals, businesses and organisations.
By sponsoring a seat at Watershed you will be making a vital contribution to our future. Your gift will give us more creative capacity to inspire and engage people of all ages in new cultural experiences and give us the freedom to develop new opportunities.

- £300 for five years
- £1,000 for the lifetime of the cinema
This includes a personalised plaque which is installed on the available seat of your choice in any one of our cinemas and a second plaque which will be sent to you to keep (optional).
As Watershed is a registered charity, this money goes directly towards supporting our work.

Yes, if you are a UK tax payer we can claim gift aid on your seat sponsorship. We will contact you by email with a link you can follow to complete a gift aid declaration form.
We’ve partnered with Bristol Design Forge, who make our plaques from off cuts of wood from other projects – reducing waste of existing materials.
It will take up to six weeks but usually less. We will let you know when it has arrived and will be in touch to arrange a time for you to view it privately with friends or relatives if you would like to.
As well as having your plaque on your seat we will also acknowledge your generous donation on our list of supporters online and on our Vestaboard in the Café & Bar. You can opt out of this if you would prefer not to be acknowledged.
No, sponsoring a seat at Watershed does not include admission to films or guarantee the seat for screenings and events (we continue to have non-allocated seating).
