Luke Townsend

I used the camera in an unconventional way to create a piece which explores my ideas around time and space.

Different locations were filmed at various times of day, then on six screens these moments in time appear together. The screens cycle through the locations allowing just enough time for the viewer to asses the differences.

The piece was all filmed diagonally so that when projected onto the transparent room corners the geometry would add another dimension to the space.

This is a small clip from one of the screens.
