Begin at Watershed, where you will be provided with the equipment to participate and set your ideal heart-rate range. The game lasts for 30 minutes and responds to the physical activity of the players, measured by mobile devices and heart-rate monitors. Go above or below your ideal heart-rate and the virtual world will fade, only by maintaining a steady rate will you keep the world alive. When you do well, the landscape blossoms; if you do badly then the landscape darkens.
