Lunchtime Talks: Twitter Debate
Please note: this is an old event from March 2010
In early March the DCRC presented a talk by Rob van Kranenburg that examined the potential impact of the Internet of Things on our cities and wider societies. You can now join us on Twitter for a debate on this topic, chaired by Professor Jon Dovey from UWE's Digital Cultures Research Centre. If you missed the talk you can watch it now on dShed.net
Lunchtime Talks are informal presentations by Pervasive Media Studio residents, they last about an hour and normally take place at 13:00hrs during Open Studio Friday. They are a great way to find out more about the Pervasive Media Studio community, current and up-coming projects or residents' work or practice.
Talks are free and open to all, just sign up on the PM Studio website.
