Resfest: Unsung Heroes: Gems from the Archive (15)

Much better to give than receive, they say and, on the occasion of RESFEST’s tenth birthday, we’re giving you a present. Don’t expect just chart toppers from this decade-long survey of music videos. Sure some did some storming; H5’s amazing Remind Me for Royksopp is one example. Rather we’ve chosen films strong in their own right which, whilst serving faithfully the intentions and emotions of the musician, stand alone in their own right. Music video making always central to RESFEST programming, and this is why we’ve decided to bring some audience favourites back. Ruben Fleischer’s We Know Something You Don’t Know for DJ Format always gets the grins splitting, as does Alex Budovsky’s catchy-as –hell Bathtime in Clerkenwell from (The Real) Tuesday Weld. The list goes on.

Please note: The advertised times are the actual starting times of each programme for all ResFest screenings.
