State of the Art RESFEST’s flagship collection of short form work - mixes live action, animation, motion graphics and documentary. This year we begin with newcomers The Blackheart Gang’s sumptuous operatic visual delight The Tale of How, which will certainly have you entranced. As always, there’s a truly international feel to the collection, with no less than six different countries being represented: there’s films from as far and wide as South Africa and Spain, the UK and Korea, and the Netherlands and the USA. There are three exciting world premieres here from RESFEST alumni: Johan Kramer’s 0.08, Stefan Nadelman’s Food Fight and RND film maestro Richard Fenwick’s The Box.
