For his Rock the Bells music festival, Chang Weisberg wants to reunite the Wu-Tang Clan - the Staten Island hip-hop mavericks whose 36 Chambers album redefined the genre. It's not an impossible dream, but it's by no means simple, either. For one thing, there's so damn many of them; for another, he's running out of time. And finally, there's the issue of Ol' Dirty Bastard, the group's (damaged) heart and soul, who's in no fit state to perform (he died just four months later)...
