Justin Chon writes, directs and stars in this stylish drama about a Korean-born, Louisiana-raised man who must go up against an unjust US immigration system to keep his family together.

Adopted as a child from Korea, Antonio (Chon) has spent virtually his entire life in the Louisiana bayou. Married to the love of his life Kathy (Alicia Vikander), he is determined to be the best father possible to his stepdaughter Jessie. Though it's a struggle to get by, this family is filled with love. But Antonio's past is not behind him, and he is shocked to learn he is in danger of being deported to Korea, a country he no longer has any connection to. A relentless, irrational and merciless system deems this very American man an unwanted immigrant.

A gripping story about citizenship, rights, and the heartache that many families experience when pulled apart under tough immigration laws and enforcement, this film with resonate far beyond the bayou.
