Projects 2010 > Give Me Back My Broken Night > Journal
An awesome day here.
Paul and company presented their project to the marketing team at Soho Theatre. They way it is intended to work on the audience is starting to make real sense and the sense of build in the story corresponds perfectly with the way it involves you and wows you with a sense of possibility and agency. And so, at the beginning you walk around and look and by the end, you are the architect of change and the author of progressive policy.
Phrases that really stick: the ghosts of Soho Future; drawing the map of the city as you want it to be; a nostalgic future; my team made sounds of awe and wonder.
“This has huge potential! It’s really immersive, loads of innovation and interactive possibilities. Great work in progress.”
But this is all in theory – can it be realised?
I’ve just walked into the room now and heard the words we’ve all been waiting for: It’s working!
