Amplified Publishing Funding Opportunities

Building on the cluster's strength in publishing innovation, Bristol+Bath Creative R+D has a number of opportunities for Fellowships to explore Amplified Publishing and the future models of content creation, discovery and distribution.

This current round of funding ranges from £5k each for six Industry Partners to £12k each for six Fellowships. Along with various other opportunities, this funding will provide the time, space and resources to focus intensively on exploring an area of interest in the field of Amplified Publishing. For more information on the different opportunities please read the full brief for Fellowships and Industry Partners.

If you are interested in applying, you can attend one of the workshops held on Zoom, for more information and advice on developing your application. The workshops are not a compulsory part of the selection process but we highly recommend attending.

How to apply?

Please read the full brief to find out more about the available funding, application process, timeline and support from the team.

We aim to be as inclusive as possible and work to accommodate all access requirements. We will openly discuss and tailor how we do things to support you as best we can. We recognise the creative and technology industries are biased towards those who are white, cisgender and non-disabled. We believe our work will be stronger with greater diversity and welcome applications from those who bring difference.

If this application format doesn’t work for you or if you have any questions not covered in the FAQs you can email either of the pathfinder producers Sarah Addezio or Amy Spence on info@bristolbathcreative.org.

Visit the Amplified Publishing page for more information on the opportunities and details on how to apply.

Bristol+Bath Creative R+D is a first-of-a-kind collaboration between Watershed and the region’s four universities - UWE Bristol, Bath Spa University, the University of Bath and the University of Bristol.
