18-25 year olds who want to work in the creative industries can get involved in Future Producers.

Future Producers is our free talent development programme that equips you with the skills and experience you need to become a producer of arts and cultural events. You don't need any qualifications or experience to apply, just lots of enthusiasm, creativity and ideas. 

During the programme, you'll work with peers and the Watershed team to dream up and deliver live briefs for real audiences. You'll gain an insight into what it's like to work in an arts organisation like Watershed and into how to programme, market, and drive forward your ideas. Whats more, you'll get mentored by industry professionals through masterclasses and workshops and develop skills and networks.
