How to use your Loyalty Card points

Redeem your loyalty card points online, in person or by telephone

How it works

When you come to Watershed to see a film, bring your card and we will bank your points into your account. If you book online then your points will automatically be added to your account.

For every pound you spend on cinema tickets, we will add 10 points to your account.

Before long you'll have saved up enough points to watch a film for free! You need 850 points for a full price matinee screening or 1100 points to see a full price evening screening.

NB You will need the full transaction amount to pay in points - which if you are booking online or by phone includes a 12% booking fee.

Online

  1. When you log in at the booking page you will see in the left hand column the details of you current Loyalty Point balance.
  2. You can only redeem your points if you have enough to cover the whole transaction - all the tickets selected in your sale (plus the booking fee).
  3. If you have enough points to cover the sale the option will show at the checkout stage, it will ask if you want to 'Pay with Watershed Loyalty Points'.
  4. If you don’t have enough points to pay for everything the option will not show.
  5. You can split your transaction in to two parts if you are for example booking two tickets and have enough points to pay for one. This does mean doing two transactions, one with your points followed by the second with your card. You will need to complete one transaction before starting the other but can stay logged in in-between.

On the phone

  1. When we take your details over the phone we will be able to see you are a loyalty card holder.
  2. If you have enough to cover at least one ticket and the booking fee in your booking we will give you that option.

At Box Office

  1. Bring your Card with you – if you haven’t picked up your card yet ask us on your next visit and we will print it off for you.
  2. We need to scan you card before you book tickets but once we have done this your points will be updated automatically.
  3. Ask one of our lovely box office team what your balance is, and if you have enough to cover at least one ticket in your booking we will give you that option.
