Roseanna Dias

Engagement Projects Coordinator

Since joining Watershed in 2012, Roseanna's work has focused on audience development and engagement in digital, specialised film and the arts. During this time she has held positions in the Front of House, Communications, and Online Publishing departments

From 2016, Roseanna supports the coordination and delivery of Watershed's Engagement programme for under 24s. This includes a unique youth-led online platform called Rife magazine, run in collaboration with Bristol Youth Links. Roseanna is involved in mentoring the content creator interns, building relationships with partners, and shaping workshops and outreach activities aimed at young people.

As part of Watershed's Future Producers programme, she has co-produced arts and tech events for 2013 – 2015 Family Arts Festivals and now leads on family audience development and engagement at Watershed.

In the past, she studied History of Art and Italian at university, helped to organise the National Student Film Festival, and coordinated an exhibition of Bristol artists’ work. In her spare time, she loves practicing her own art, mainly illustration. / @rose_kala_dias
