Shelley Page trained as an illustrator in the UK and she has been working in the field of animation since joining the Richard Williams studio in London is 1982. From 1986 she served as Head of Backgrounds on 'Who Framed Roger Rabbit' (Walt Disney 1988) then joined Steven Spielberg's UK animation studio Amblimation as Backgrounds Supervisor on'An American Tail 2' (Universal Pictures 1991).

In early 1995 Shelley was one of the first group of artists hired to establish DreamWorksAnimation in Los Angeles where she took the position of Co-Head of Artistic Development.Her credits, on over 35 feature films to date, include "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" (Disney) and DWA hits including “Shrek”, “Shark Tale”, “Madagascar”, “Kung Fu Panda”, ‘The Croods’ and 'How to Train Your Dragon' series.

In 2017 Shelley has taken on a new role as International Talent Consultant for clientsincluding DreamWorks Animation (USA), Aardman (UK) and Wink Animation (China). She has a particular interest in student animation and is a member of the graduation juries and advisory boards of leading animation schools and festivals worldwide. At many events worldwide she also screens a selection of her favourite new student and professional short film in her popular ‘Eye Candy Show’ – showcasing the best new international talents.
