Carib-Asian duo Pat Hart and Sherrie Eugene-Hart are back with their hugely popular and tantalising array of fusion food, in this mouth-watering East-meets-West cultural culinary adventure from the Indian sub-continent to the Caribbean.
Pat and Sherrie’s fusion concept blending indigenous spices from both their homelands has developed a new flavour, highly influenced by their mums Ruth and Rita (who hail from Lahore in Asia and Dominica in the Caribbean).
In this event you can see some Carib Asian cookery first hand via a selection of live cooking demos and get to tuck in to an eclectic mix of sharing platters - including Lamb, Okra and Aubergine, Coconut & Coriander Chicken Curry and special dumplings - It’s a real One Love vibe in an evening filled with food, laughter, music and friends.
With generous portions of food that are full of flavour for both meat eaters, vegans and vegetarians alike, if you’re not sure about Caribbean or Asian food this is your opportunity to try them both together. Pat and Sherrie did just that, and they've never looked back!
