Local Ales
Delicious new local Ales now available in the Café/Bar
Local brewer Arbor Ales from Stapleton, Bristol started brewing in March 2007 when they installed a brewing plant in the newly refurbished ‘The Old Tavern’. We thought it would be great to showcase three of their brews in the Café/Bar:

Arbor Harbour
An easy drinking deep golden best bitter brewed exclusively for the Watershed Café Bar. Arbor used Warminster malt and Worcestershire hops to create a refreshing beer with gentle roasted malt flavours balanced by a delicate hoppy aftertaste.

Trendlewood Bitter 4.2%
A golden session bitter, with an interesting fruity taste. Originally brewed specifically for the Old Tavern, it takes its name from Trendlewood Park where the pub and brewery are located.

Old Knobbley 4.5%
Named after a famous 400 year old oak tree, Old Knobbley is an interesting and well balanced best bitter. Deep ruby in colour with a wonderfully complex hoppy character.
