We are committed to projecting passion, care and pride in the whole Watershed experience. Our food is now as organic, seasonal, locally sourced and ethically produced as we can possibly make it. Sample our new menu, get some drinks in or just come for a coffee before or after a film – the choice is up to you.

Our bright and airy Café/Bar

Watershed offers the perfect social space. We are open to everyone from early in the morning to late at night offering breakfast, lunch, afternoon delights and late night bites all following our simple policy: stay fresh, local and ethical. If you’re not hungry that’s fine too! From juices and smoothies to independent beers and international wines: at Watershed we’ve got it covered.

Plot to Plate

Watershed has an ethical, sustainable approach to food. Our first Executive Chef, Oliver Pratt, has been working hard with Phil Haughton, founder of the Better Food Company, to develop our new Plot to Plate policy. What does this mean? It means that we can produce a healthy, balanced menu while supporting the local economy and paying the highest respect to the welfare of animals and the quality of the land.

We support some of the best local produce around: the Real Olive Company and Artisan Bakery, meat from Hintonmarsh Farm and beer from local brewer Arbor Ales – the tastes of the South West are showcased at Watershed.

Your Space

Watershed’s Café/Bar is warm and inviting. You may have noticed a new addition in 2008: the balcony. It offers unique waterside views across the harbourside and an ideal place to sit back, relax, and enjoy the bustle of the city below.

WiFi comes for free at Watershed, so if you need to catch up on work, check your favourite sites or stay in touch with friends, then bring your laptop, grab a coffee, and browse away. Those without a laptop are welcome to use our browse-only Internet computers.

Our Café/Bar often has special offers to tie in with the time of the year or special events, so keep your eyes peeled on the black board as you enter to catch the latest deal.

Afternoon Delights: Matinee offer

One of our most popular deals is our Matinee offer, where anyone attending a weekday matinee screening can sample afternoon tea before or after the film. Simply present your matinee ticket when you pay for your tea.

The Café/Bar is open daily. Mon: 1030hrs - 2300hrs / Tue - Thu: 0930hrs - 2300hrs / Fri: 0930hrs - midnight / Sat: 1000hrs - midnight / Sun: 1000hrs - 2230hrs.

Food is served from: Mon: 1030hrs – 2045hrs, Tue: 0930hrs to 2045hrs, Wed – Fri: 0930hrs – 2145hrs, Sat: 1000hrs – 2145hrs, Sun:1000hrs – 1945hrs
Teas and coffees are available until 2230hrs Mon - Sat and until 2200hrs on Sun.
