We've had a busy week, meeting with Musion (see previous entry)  in London where we were shown the wonders of their use of Pepper's Ghost technology.  We are now looking into the use of multiple screens, where audiences will see other members 'performing' in an environment which they are unaware of...  We have had a really inspiring meeting with Tim at matter2media about integrating his krstl into interactive magical experiences in locations around Bristol and with Phil Stenton about the uses of RFID tags and sensors amongst many other very exciting technological ways of creating a truly magical personalised experience.

We are now working on developing our Watershed installation which will provide a magical experience as well as collect data around what people experience as 'magic'.  The information we collect will feed into the creation of personalised illusions leading up to and within our site-specific performance piece.

We are wanting to gather as much information around a personal perspective on:

What is magic?

and

A moment you have experienced which you perceive as magical.

If you would like to input into our research please send us an e-mail at becca@beccagill.com with your answers to these questions and keep your eyes peeled for some magical events coming to Watershed.....
