A participatory workshop sharing the lullabies, songs and games which play an important role in the day-to-day lives of children in Senegal. Amadou and Celestine will be teaching several songs.

Join Amadou and Celestine as they take you on a musical journey to Senegal using an exciting selection of traditional instruments including kora and percussion as well as guitar, in this participatory workshop.

Lullabies, songs and games play an important role in the daily lives of children in Senegal - Amadou and Celestine will share some of these with you. Celestine is an accomplished, dancer, percussionist and vocalist and will be adding her talents to the mix. The spirit of community in Africa is evident in the songs, stories and dances that are shared in rural and urban communities.

Open to all ages, parents to accompany under 7s.
