Over the past year we’ve been welcoming some fabulous guest restaurant pop-ups into the Café/Bar to host fun, foodie evenings. These sell-out spreads have been brought to you by local independents such as Moorish and Carib-Asian, whilst Cuisine and Colour combined all the senses to create a very unique - and very colourful - dining experience.

Now for this evening we take a look closer to home and celebrate our very own in house team of food fanatics, who work behind the scenes every day to feed us all, to take up the gauntlet and create another special, seasonal, and shared dining experience. Our talented team of chefs are seizing this opportunity with gusto to demonstrate their commitment to producing top quality fantastic local fare, lovingly presented and zinging with fresh summer flavours.

It’s a great opportunity for the team to offer something that’s just a bit different and really put themselves and our lovely new kitchen to the test. So please join us for a genuine Watershed Feast of 4 courses, whilst sitting side by side on bench tables in our Café/Bar - for one night only!

• Tuna Tartare, Avocado Mousse, Wild Rice, Ponzu Pickled Radish.
• Roast Free Range Chicken Breast, Braised Free Range Chicken Leg Fritter, Carrot Puree, Buttered Broad Beans, Pomme Maxim.
• Elderflower Pannacotta, Poached Rhubarb.
