Ghosts

Squidsoup’s Ghosts creates digital sculptures from fragments of online instant messages, mobile phone texts and emails. What were intended as instant, short-lived messages are frozen in time to create vast swirling and twisting structures controlled by the viewer that give these snippets of text new meaning.

Ghosts was commissioned by Watershed in 2002 as a part Clark Bursary UK Digital Art Award.
