Arriving at Watershed
There are two sets of doors leading to the entrance foyer, reception area and Box Office. There is a single, ramped entrance door that is electronically assisted, this door is situated under the Link between the two sheds. The other entrance is a set of unassisted double doors, at which there is a 20mm ‘lip’. This entrance is situated on the front of the building facing the water. Watershed covers two floors; the ground floor consists of the Box Office, Shop, stairs up to the first floor and a customer lift. Once on the first floor there is level access to the toilets and adapted toilet, the cinemas, event spaces and the Café/Bar.

Lift
The customer lift is situated just inside the main entrance doors in reception/Box Office.

Induction Loop
At the moment Induction Loops are available in Cinema 1, Cinema 2, Cinema 3 and Waterside 2 and Waterside 3.

Guide Dogs
Guide dogs are welcome in all the public areas of Watershed. If you wish to take your dog into a screening, please let us know when booking your ticket so that we can reserve an aisle seat. Alternatively, a member of staff will care for your dog during the performance. We are happy to provide drinking water for your dog.

Accessible Toilet
The unisex accessible toilet and baby changing facility is located off the first floor foyer, towards Cinema 1. The door is operated with a RADAR key available from the Café/Bar and Box Office. Sadly, this is the only way we have found to protect the facilities from the repeated vandalism they have received in the past. There is an emergency alarm in the accessible toilet should you require assistance from a member of staff.

Advance Cinema Booking
As imposed for customer safety, the cinemas have strict capacities, including the number of spaces accessible for wheelchair users. As a result, we encourage all cinema audience goers to book in advance. Cinema 1 has 198 seats and Cinema 3 has 101 seats in addition to a rear wheelchair space and two (adjacent) spaces at the front of each of the auditoriums. Cinema 2 has 43 seats, which includes wheelchair accessible spaces at the front. If possible please book these spaces in advance so that we can reserve them and any adjacent seats for anyone joining you.

Audio Description
Watershed is delighted to announce that we are now fully equipped to offer Audio Description for selected titles in Cinema 1. More details can be found in the accessible programme section.

Descriptive Subtitling
Watershed is delighted to announce that we are now fully equipped to offer Descriptive Subtitling for selected titles in Cinema 1. More details can be found in the accessible programme section.

Ticket Collection
At peak times, generally 20 minutes before events start, it is inevitable that there will be queues. If you have pre-booked your tickets and are concerned about queuing to collect them on arrival, wherever possible we will aim to provide a 'fast track' service for disabled and elderly guests who require it. Please mention this when booking. Please note that if you have several non-disabled guests accompanying you, we may not be able to fast track the whole group. In this situation you could wait in the Café/Bar until the rest of your party has reached you. Ticket prices vary according to the event but it is our policy to always offer a concessionary rate for eligible customers. Carers go free.
