Our audiences are at the heart of Watershed. We invite you to learn, watch, create and play with us.

Here you will find a diverse range of opportunities - such as professional development schemes, artist residencies, filmmaking competitions and talent development opportunities.

We are always open to new ideas and collaborations so do get in touch with us if you are interested in finding out more. We work with a wide variety of people to coordinate a diverse range of projects that enable audiences to discover, connect and be creative at Watershed.

This is an open call for Watershed’s New Talent residencies. We are inviting applications from talented and ambitious individuals at an early stage in their professional development, based in the UK, who are looking to explore ideas related to creative technology within an open and inspiring Studio community.

Are you a filmmaker up for a challenge of the super short variety? DepicT! is once again looking for great short films that are less than a minute and a half long.

This is an open call for Watershed’s Open Residency, a fantastic opportunity coming soon for artists based in the UK, to explore ideas at the point where art and technology meet.
