Cookies

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file containing pieces of data that is downloaded onto your device by a web browser when you visit a website. This data can be anything from remembering that you are logged in to your personalised preferences. A cookie is usually saved for a determined amount of time so that your browser can use it each time you revisit a website.

"First-party" cookies are set by watershed.co.uk and PatronBase (our ticketing systems provider) to provide our services to you. Additional "third-party" cookies are also set in places where content is delivered by other services.

Website analytics

We use analytics services to gather information on how our websites are used. In cases where your IP address is used, it is anonymised so that you are not personally identifiable. Consenting to cookies for analytics will allow watershed.co.uk to set "first-party" cookies (only readable by us) on your device so that we can gain greater insights with the information.

How do I restrict or delete cookies?

Your web browser should allow you to restrict or delete cookies set by any website. The Help function within your browser should tell you how. Alternatively, you can visit www.allaboutcookies.org which provides general information about cookies and how you can manage cookies on your computer.

To opt out of being tracked by Google Analytics across all websites visit http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
