Position: Food & Beverage Manager (Full Time, Permanent)

Grade: 2 (£25,000 pa)

Responsible to: Executive Chef

Responsible for: Kitchen Manager, Café/Bar and Kitchen teams

Contacts: All Kitchen and Café/Bar staff, suppliers, contractors, customers and other departments.

Purpose of Job:

To work with the Executive Chef to maximise the business potential of the Catering operation through effective product development, staff leadership and delivery of a consistently high quality offer and customer experience.

The post holder leads and develops the catering team, deputising for the Executive Chef as required and has overall responsibility for the day to day running of the catering operation, service and administration.
