Vicky Ody

Director of Finance Operations

Vicky joined Watershed in August 2024 as Finance Manager and is now Director of Finance Operations. She leads the team responsible for the day to day management of Watershed’s finances.

She qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant in 2005 choosing to work in the education, heritage and charity sectors for most of her career. Prior to becoming an accountant, she taught secondary modern languages and EFL. She is also a part qualified psychotherapist. Outside of work she enjoys volunteering (heritage, live music sectors) and playing in a samba band. She is a self-confessed parkrun addict, who has achieved her 500 parkrun milestone and toured over 75 parkrun venues!
