The Venue

Whether you are holding a small meeting for ten people or a large conference for 200 we have the space to suit your requirements. All of our spaces have been recently refurbished and offer the utmost comfort for delegates. Below are details of all our spaces and some of their facilities. Please contact a member of the Events team for further information regarding availability and prices. For larger events we can offer special delegate rates.

Waterside spaces

• Waterside 1

  A small meeting room suitable for seminars, interviews and breakout area which offers a range of audio-visual equipment. Waterside 1 & 2 can be used individually or in conjunction with Waterside 2 and Waterside 3 to create one large space.

  Max capacity: 30 theatre style

  Area: 46 sq.m

  Facilities: Dimmers, Natural Daylight, Black out facility and Air Handling.

• Waterside 2

  A small meeting rooms suitable for seminars, interviews and breakout areas which offers a range of audio-visual equipment. Waterside 2 can be used individually or in conjunction with Waterside 1 and Waterside 3 to create one large space.

  Max capacity: 40 theatre style

  Area: 62 sq.m

  Facilities: Dimmers, Natural Daylight, Black out facility, Air Handling and Induction Loop.

• Waterside 3

  Retaining the character of the converted harbourside warehouse, Waterside 3 is a large and flexible space and is the perfect room for conferences, events and receptions, offering natural daylight within a light and airy environment. Why not combine this room with one of the cinemas for your conference? It works perfectly as a registration and catering breakout space.

  Max capacity: 120 theatre style

  Area: 148 sq.m

  Facilities: Dimmers, Natural Daylight, Black out facility, Air Handling and Induction Loop.

Cinemas

• Cinema 1

  A refurbished, fully equipped air-conditioned cinema auditorium, seating up to 200 delegates in the utmost comfort. Raked seating allows an uninterrupted view of the screen. Technical support is part of the service, as is the use of most in-house audio-visual equipment.

  Max capacity: 200

• Cinema 2

  Another refurbished cinema, seating up to 43 delegates, this more intimate space is ideal for smaller conferences, seminars or as a breakout space. A high level of presentation is easily obtained with full technical support throughout.

  Max capacity: 42

• Cinema 3

  Cinema 3 is our newest cinema, it seats up to 100 delegates in the most comfortable seats in the house. It is suitable for conferences and seminars and is equipped with full audio-visual facilities.
