Ant Nascè is an Audiovisual Tinkerer and synth enthusiast! Ant is developing the concept of spatial musical instruments, to see how they add another dimension to performance and play. They'll be sharing a prototype of a 24-speaker spatial audio system that costs less than £1000 to make, in the hopes that more artists will be able to afford and showcase spatial works.

Action Hero are Bristol-based artists working across multiple artforms. They are currently making From Ashes, an interactive project involving the creation of 2000 paper models of Bristol's houses and civic buildings. They're in the final phases, come and join this build-a-thon and build a house of your own!

Loupe is the new game from Karno, makers of real world games. It’s a nature treasure hunt & collecting game, where players are challenged to find & photograph the species that make up the ecosystem around them.

About Pervasive Media Studio

The Pervasive Media Studio hosts an international community of over 200 artists, companies, technologists, and academics exploring experience design and creative technology. It's a space for risk taking and early ideas; for the kind of projects and questions that inhabit the meeting points of art, technology, and society.

The projects span play, robotics, location-based media, food, connected objects, interactive documentary, new forms of performance and more.

We have an open plan studio with a culture of generosity, curiosity, and interruptibility. We believe that by clustering people together from a broad range of backgrounds, with differing skills, experience, and opinions, all of our ideas become better.
