In this Lunchtime Talk, Studio Resident Prince Taylor explores the realities of co-leadership in a purpose-led business in 2026. Reflecting on resilience, vision and allyship, he will share the opportunities and challenges of running a Black-owned, purpose-led creative business today, offering an honest perspective on leadership, collaboration and building lasting impact.

About Prince Taylor

Prince Taylor is Executive Producer at Latent Pictures and a leadership and organisational coach. Working across film, live performance, visual arts and culture, he creates the conditions for ambitious creative projects to thrive. His practice centres on championing underrepresented talent, building meaningful partnerships and using creativity as a catalyst for social impact.

    Access

    Lunchtime Talks take place in the Pervasive Media Studio Event Space. To access the Studio, please go to the Main Watershed Box Office entrance and go upstairs to the Café & Bar. Walk across the cafe bar, turn right and walk towards the double doors. Go through into the corridor and walk all the way down until you reach the Studio. A member of staff will sign you in, and check your ticket, if you have booked.

    The Studio is wheelchair accessible, and the events space has a hearing loop. The last talk of every month is BSL interpreted.
