So been looking at infra sound, and eigen frequencies. The infra sound is really more of a subliminal effect. If it genuinely works. Having read and spoken to folk I think it's a bit hit and miss as to wether this is the case. I would love to do an experiment similar to Sarah Angliss but that's for another day. 


Eigen frequencies fall into a group of sounds that for me seem to the listener to have a real substance or mass. They can effect your sense of the space around you. Sharon and I have spoken about subverting traditions of theatre an example being the lifting of the curtain. I wondered if this could be done using these effects. Equally they can enhance your sense of presence or disorientation.


Eigens are going to need a math heavy sound engineer and locked down space which I will continue to plug away at. In the mean time I started looking at the other end of the spectrum, literally and dug up disappearing noise, I have knocked up a demo that generates the frequency beneath. It makes me want to yawn or dig at my ears, others can't here a thing. Let me know what you think.
