Radio in Schools, who teamed up with Nomos Media for the 2009 Media Sandbox commission AudioEnable, (a project exploring how pervasive media can provide any user with the ability to freely capture and incorporate audio into their website), have been nominated for a 2010 Bett Award.
They're now in the run against a number of renowned projects from competetors such as BBC Learning, for the prestigious Learning and Teaching Tools category which rewards innovation in and commitment to the development of learning and teaching tools for the primary, secondary and further education and skills sectors.
The BETT Awards recognise outstanding education sector products and learning solutions with a focus on accessibility for those with specific needs. The award belongs to the most widely recognised educational awards in the UK today and the nomination is a great testament to the commitment of the Radio in Schools team. Congratulations!
