After many international events and trips to Spain, China and the United States, AntiVJ ended their year with a fantastic performance at home. The event took place on the 20th of December 2008 at Bristol’s Croft and featured a live painting session by Joanie Lemercier and an hour of live visuals during Shackleton’s set, The Rope Tightens.

More details on the event can be found on the AntiVJ blog.

The next big project for AntiVJ will be a Light and Sound Performance in the Netherlands. This time, the breathtaking architecture of the Grote Kerk Cathedral in Breda will provide inspiration for a live performance that will, once again, step away from standard setups and techniques, but combine large scale projection, visual mapping, tracking and holographic illusion to provide a exceptional challenge to the audience’s senses.

The event will take place on the 23rd of January 2009, so not too long to go! More information on this event and other AntiVJ news can be found at the new AntiVJ Facebook Group.
