Focus, but where?
An online interactive zine exploring climate change activism in our current information environment. Now that I have criticized the irresponsible spread of online information, I need to find a way to release this zine that aligns with the message I want to convey...
Here are my initial thoughts:
- Upon arriving at the landing page, the reader will be asked if it's a good time for distraction. If not, the zine will encourage them to attend to their life and close their browser for them.
- The reader should be able to pause the zine whenever they want.
- Once the zine is complete, readers will have the option to print a physical copy featuring their personalized avatar to collect and share. However, an estimate of the carbon footprint associated with the printing process must be provided, allowing the reader to make an informed decision.
- There shouldn’t be any social media share button on the last page.
- Additionally, in an effort to encourage a more positive cycle, readers providing honest and constructive feedback will be credited on the last page.
