Calvium has officially moved into the studio

The team of 5 (Phil Stenton, Richard Hull, Jo Reid, Tom Melamed and Ben Clayton), have shed their HP Labs' cloaks and have installed themselves in the studio. On Wednesday the 18th of November they launched with a huge buffet and drinks (thanks) and a Calvium 'creation myth' competition on Twitter.

There could only be one winner among the bizarre entries and we congratulate Rosie Fairchild for her most profound 'history' of the word Calvium. If you want to see what the entries are, search for #calviumroots on Twitter ;-)

Calvium will be mainly concentrating on making tools to enable others to build exciting new mobile apps based on sensors and context.

Next week they will be travelling to mscapeFest09 in The Netherlands and do a range of talks and brainstorm sessions.
