So on Tuesday we had the advantage of 4 dancers at our finger tips, and a very open minded camera man.

We were gathering footage of our iterative practices and research so far for a filming to go with the showcase on June 9th.

We took a risk and kept pushing the boundaries not only using our prototype objects in the safe environment of the PM Studio but also in the cafe at the Watershed, and at St Georges. Tough from my point of view- We were using existing choreography which doesn't fully allow the objects to excel yet, and music samples that aren't fully realised yet. But we shifted the focus onto how people might engage with the movement and the objects and what some of the basic levels of interaction might be.

A fascinating day, and gosh was I proud of how adaptable the Guerilla Dance Project Dancers were.

PS. We also invented a new dance game called Bottle Boxing. It's good.
