Nicola was Watershed’s Development Assistant and worked with a selection of Studio residents to examine how Watershed supports and develops talent in the PM Studio. A graduate from the University of Bristol, she spent several years working in the film industry with particular experience in film festivals and theatrical distribution. Nicola joined Watershed in July 2012.
