Billy: Twirling Through Time

This festive performance inspired by the seminal film Billy Elliot spins, pirouettes, and lip syncs its way through a nostalgic and vibrant exploration of queer friendship, dance and identity.

Ryan O'Shea and Pervasive Media Studio Resident Tom Marshman (who is in fact the same age as Billy would be today!) bring humour and heartfelt reflection to the stage, reimagining iconic moments from the film while exploring the challenges of ageing in dance.

Be prepared for cheap wigs, even cheaper costumes, and a rich tapestry of life experiences.
