Taking place in and around the Harbourside in Bristol from 19th - 21st September, igfest is the first festival in the South West to invite people to rediscover their city through playing games on the street.

One game may see you trying to find a moose as he walks (and dodges you) from the Forest of Dean to Bristol; another could see you play
snakes and ladders in a multi- storey car park: but then again you could find yourself on a massive treasure hunt, racing against the clock and your rivals through the streets of downtown Bristol.

Some games require stamina, some require puzzle-solving. Some games last for hours, some for a few minutes. Some games are completely low-fi, and some games use advanced technology to enable a whole new way of playing. But none of these games requires payment - the entire festival is free to play.

Bring your family, bring some mates, bring your work colleagues – everyone will find a game to tease, tantalise and thrill. igfest gives you a license to play and be playful and will be more fun than you can shake a Wiimote at...

The main action takes place at the iglounge. For full programme details visit: www.igfest.org or join the facebook group.
