Flavour is the most multi-sensory experience we have as a species. Our bodies process a huge amount of sensory data, from auditory to colour, texture to temperature, to create a 'global' impression of flavour in the mind. Join resident James Wheale of Understory, as he explores what this really means for your tastebuds, using an EEG brain scanner, the world's rarest chocolate, music from DJ Yoda and drones in the planetarium.

This talk will be held twice, at 19:00 and 20:30. For more info and tickets, click here.
