Make Shift is a space for 18-30 year old creatives to come together in the Pervasive Media Studio at Watershed on the first Tuesday evening of each month. This is an opportunity to meet other creatives in the city, use one of our hot desk spaces, seek advice on your creative project or next steps in your career in a welcoming environment.

Each month we have a guest from the Pervasive Media Studio who works professionally in the creative industries who will speak about their work and can give advice. Guest speakers will be experts in their field, from VR film makers to finance professionals.

Our guests for December's Make Shift are 'Tangle' a creative studio specialising in extended reality experiences, who will be speaking about all the things that have gone into running a small business over the last year; including getting funding, building confidence, accepting failure and learning how to grow, make and share all things immersive.

About Tangle Immersive

Tangle is made up of interdisciplinary creatives Harry Willmott & Christina Constantinou and their collaborators.

They are currently occupying an otherwise empty retail space in Broadwalk Shopping Centre in Knowle, thanks to the kind support of the charity Hypha Studios. They aim to regularly create various immersive experiences and foster a hub of creative immersive activity for Bristol & beyond.
