Within the past 18 months, AI has rocked commercial and creative landscapes, interjecting both optimism and uncertainty. While some tout AI as a path to innovation and prosperity, many creatives (including those in the games industry) perceive it as an existential threat. This talk uses the nature of creativity as a lens to analyze AI's impacts on and possibilities for the creative industries. Ultimately, the presentation proposes ethical, pragmatic, and collaborative guidelines for creative collaboration and our shared future.
