Memories of the Future
Made by
Christopher Harrisson
Christopher Harrisson is an award-winning, multi-disciplinary artist based in Bristol, working mostly in animation and projection mapping.Working with Jenny Davies, we are interested in exploring ideas of our memory's fallibility, disturbed realities and how small incidents can indicate far larger events beyond our immediate surroundings. We want to take an ordinary, domestic space and recontextualise it using AR and immersive audio, to gradually uncover a bigger, more unsettling story. We are both story-led creatives. As we discover the possibilities of the technology, we're exploring what possible narratives can be opened up.
This is also an opportunity for us to learn, make new connections and lay the groundwork for future collaboration on this ambitious new work.
