Duncan is an artist working with mobile audio in uncontrolled public and private spaces. His current PhD research is in the compositional structures of locative audio works and their relationship to current ecological debate.opening scene is a short MP3 soundwalk by Duncan Speakman, commissioned by Meeting House Gallery in March 2009. A film without pictures for the streets of Illminster, inspired by the walking guides from the Illminster Forum, each MP3 player came with an attached set of walking instructions.
