i-Docs

i-Docs represents a community of practitioners currently making, researching and interested in Interactive Documentary.

After having worked as lecturer and research assistant at the Department for Media Studies of the University of Bayreuth, Germany, Anna Wiehl joined the team of the DCRC where she is now working as a research fellow.

As her enquiries focus on emerging documentary practices – especially networked and actively networking practices – Anna is affiliated to the i-docs.org project. Her special interest hereby lies in co-creation and questions of (digital) collective as well as individual identity. Her further research issues are meta-documentaries, transmedia phenomena, narratology and the intersection of journalism and documentary.
