Bernie has over 30 years experience as a voice artist, actor and producer, lending his talents to TV dramas, films, queer cinema, documentaries, audiobooks, animation, computer games, corporate films, advertisements and audio drama.

He has voiced and produced campaigns  for Corporate Clients including Great Western Railway, Audi, L'Oreal, Balfour Beatty, Oral B, Global Alliance for Banking on Values, ESA, Macmillan Cancer Support, TV Lawyers, EMCAS, ASDA, Nokia, Nationwide, Zurich, Lloyds Bank, HSBC, Think Money, Schweppes, General Medical Council,

Plus he has narrated for Testimony Films, True to Nature and the BBC to name but a few and recently narrated "Natural Born Rebels" for BBC worldwide and "Winters Hidden Wonders" series for Nat Geo Wild.

As an actor he's played numerous roles in film, TV & theatre and won the award for best male actor at the two days of laughter film festival 2012 for a darkly comedic role in "The Interview".

Bernie has co-written and produced numerous films, audio productions and podcasts along with producing various audio recordings for inimitable productions. He was part of a group of local Bristol film makers that produced the Queer features, Shank, Release, Buffering, Cal and Dark Vision.

Since 2019 I've co-presented and produced the LGBT+ podcast "What, that Old Queen?!" with long time collaborator Tom Marshman along with producing podcasts for MAYK, A Haunted Existence, Queer National Treasures and Old Market Remix.

He's also helped put together soundscapes for a number of theatre shows.

Bernie teaches radio and screen acting at the Bristol Acting Academy and is developing an advanced audio acting and voice over courses.

Since 2014 he's utilised his experience and keen eye for spotting talent in running inimitable Bristol's boutique voice agency.
