Born in 1979, Seoul, Eunju Hitchcock-Yoo is a South Korean artist predominantly working on animated films and live performances. She has been greatly interested in participatory art projects with new media. She received her B.A. in Sculpture from Seoul National University. Subsequent to that she studied in M.A. Design by Independent Project in University of Brighton (U.K.) to pursue her plan of experimenting and fulfilling multi-disciplinary public art forms.  

Numbers of her film and performance projects were granted by Art Council Korea and Seoul Arts and Culture Foundation. First couple of her solo exhibitions were selected and granted from the notable art spaces in South Korea: Sarubia Dabang and Insa Art Space. She has also presented her works internationally in various venues including Aspex and BBC Southeast (U.K.), Adelantado Gallery (Spain), and Cream Festival (Japan). 

She lives and works in Stroud (United Kingdom) and Seoul (South Korea).
